General Course Description and Course Outline

 

This unique, interactive, facilitator-led workshop is designed to provide the framework for changing key behaviors or habits that affect personal & professional performance. Since our personal and professional lives overlap, affecting one another; this workshop guides participants in identifying challenges including self-defeating attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors that negatively impact workplace performance and interpersonal communications.
 

Activities are designed to offer practical tools for overcoming personal differences and conflicts that stifle professional productivity. Training will maximize personal and team performance and drive a collective effort toward achieving organizational goals and objectives. Participants will transform any competitive egos, divisive attitudes, and insecurities into a cooperative and synergistic environment with a renewed perspective of self and others. This course is co-facilitated by two instructors who offer diverse perspectives, model team building, and illustrating congruence while delivering an unforgettable experience.
