This website and the digital products sold on it are provided by LIGMO Training & Development LLC ("we," "us"). When you use this site or make a purchase, you are contracting with LIGMO Training & Development LLC.

Acceptance

By using this website or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products

We sell a digital (PDF) edition of Negativity & Drama are Simply Ridiculous! for personal use. You must be of legal age to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

Your license

When you buy the digital book, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to read it. You may not resell, share, copy, or redistribute the file.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including:

• using it for any unlawful purpose;
• fraud, spam, or misleading activity;
• infringing our or anyone else's intellectual property;
• interfering with the site's security, including malware, probing, or scraping.

Intellectual property

All content on this site—including the book, illustrations, the LIGMO! name and logo, text, photos, and training materials—is owned by LIGMO Training & Development LLC or Millicent St. Claire and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Availability

We work to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or end access to the site or downloads for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
